Court of Appeals overturns order to bring Ziobro to Pegasus commission
The Warsaw Court of Appeals overturned a ruling by the District Court ordering police to bring Zbigniew Ziobro to a hearing of the parliamentary commission investigating Pegasus. The decision concerns a ruling from September 2025, following which the former justice minister was brought to the Sejm. Ziobro's attorney Bartosz Lewandowski stated that the decision confirms the politician was "unlawfully deprived of liberty".
