At least 69 political prisoners died in Russian detention since 2022

According to a report by the project "Support for Political Prisoners. Memorial", at least 69 people persecuted politically by Russian authorities have died in detention, during investigative procedures, or shortly after release since February 2022. The report warns of the scale of repression against Kremlin opponents following the full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
