Trappes shooter admits targeting Muslims and Africans

The man suspected of a gun attack in suburban Trappes near Paris, in which one person died and five were wounded, admitted to prosecutors that he deliberately chose victims who appeared to be Muslim, African, or from North Africa. A child was among the wounded. The prosecutor's office called the revealed details "deeply troubling."
