DoorDash plans to acquire Instacart for 17 billion dollars

Delivery platform DoorDash has announced plans to acquire grocery delivery service Instacart in a transaction valued at 17 billion dollars. The acquisition aims to strengthen DoorDash's position in the growing grocery delivery market and better compete with rivals. The transaction still requires regulatory approval.
