31-year-old Kalina dies after surgery in Warsaw; hospital disables 14 anesthesia stations

Kalina, 31, pregnant with her second child, was admitted to ICU following routine gynecological surgery at a hospital on Madalińskiego Street in Warsaw and died ten days later.
