Kaczyński on Polish exit from EU: negotiations as method to reform Union

Jarosław Kaczyński at the Forum in Krynica stated that the European Union requires fundamental changes and that this is the conviction of his party and many Poles. As one method of pressuring EU reform, he proposed beginning negotiations on Poland's withdrawal from the Union — a Polexit. The PiS leader did not declare outright support for leaving the EU, but for using this threat as a negotiating tool.
