Prosecutor to challenge court's decision on Częstochowa lawyer

51-year-old lawyer Adrianna W. from Częstochowa repeatedly drove despite a court driving ban, sometimes under the influence of alcohol. On October 19, she got behind the wheel again in a manner posing a threat. The court did not order her remand in custody, which the prosecutor is contesting and has announced an appeal. The Regional Bar Association has also taken an interest in the case.
