Kotula files complaint after patient data leaked to anti-abortion activists

Equality Minister Katarzyna Kotula filed a complaint with the prosecutor, data protection authority and Patient Ombudsman after intimate medical records of a Wrocław hospital patient were reportedly sent to anti-abortion activists. The woman had sought a legal abortion that was denied. Kotula assessed that these actions may constitute terrorism.
