CBŚP detains Ukrainian suspected of aiding arson at Romanian weapons factory

Officers from CBŚP's Counter-Terrorism Division detained Ukrainian citizen Artem S. in Warsaw, subject to a European Arrest Warrant. He is suspected of assisting in preparation of arson at an arms facility in Romania on 14 September 2026. The target was a factory developing weapons and ammunition of strategic international significance. A court will decide the man's fate.
