CBS News: Starlink was throttled during deadly Russian attack on Ukraine

Images obtained by CBS News show that on 19 October Ukraine's Starlink connection was throttled, reducing Ukrainian air defense capabilities. At the same time, a Russian attack struck a park, killing civilians. The Starlink signal throttling during active hostilities has again raised questions about the reliability of this service for Ukrainian armed forces.
