Ocieszyn appeals: Halloween without house-to-house trick-or-treating
Authorities in Ocieszyn near Poznań are urging children and young people to spend this year's Halloween at home, abandoning the traditional candy collection rounds. The reason is social unrest following October attacks by juvenile knife-wielders in schools and rumors of planned violence circulating on social media. Authorities highlight particular concern about unknown people appearing in masks.
