CBZC breaks up group forging mObywatel app
Officers from 12 regional branches of the Central Bureau for Combating Cybercrime conducted 27 searches and seized over 30 devices. The perpetrators created a program imitating mObywatel that enabled generation of virtual documents with false data. Minors purchased access to the app and helped promote and distribute it. Adults detained have been charged with participation in an organized criminal group and document forgery; three people were remanded in custody.
