Police shut down ayahuasca ceremony in Kielce county, couple detained
Police from Katowice determined that a ceremony using a DMT brew — a psychotropic substance used during the ayahuasca ritual — was being organized in a town in Kielce county. Officers found over 7 liters of the brew on site and detained the organizers: a 65-year-old man and his 58-year-old wife. Both admitted to charges of possessing narcotics and psychotropic substances — they face up to 10 years in prison.
