Court overturns prosecution decision to drop death investigation at Sierpc rectory

The District Court in Sierpc overturned the prosecutor's decision to discontinue an investigation into the death of a 31-year-old man at a rectory in the Mazovian region. Iwona Wiśniewska-Bartoszewska, spokeswoman for the Regional Court in Płock, told PAP the case has been returned for further proceedings. The investigation will continue.
