UN: Russian attacks on Ukrainian infrastructure are crimes against humanity
A UN investigative panel found that Russian strikes on Ukraine's energy infrastructure, which cut off heating and electricity to civilians during freezing winter days, were deliberate action targeting civilians and meet the criteria of crimes against humanity.
