200-page expert report in Łukasz Litewka death inquiry heads to prosecutors
Zdzisław Litewka, father of the deceased Łukasz Litewka (65), has accused the prosecutor's office of negligence, failing to contact the family, and conducting proceedings based on a predetermined conclusion. Prosecutor Bartosz Kilian of the District Prosecutor's Office in Sosnowiec said experts have completed a 200-page report on reconstructing the accident. The document is to reach the prosecutor's office in the coming days.
