Azerbaijani wanted by Interpol detained at Polish-German border
On 25 October, Border Guard officers in Słubice detained a 51-year-old Azerbaijani citizen on a bus traveling from Luxembourg to Warsaw. The man was sought by Interpol red notice on a warrant issued by Azerbaijani authorities — he is suspected of fraud resulting in loss of property of significant value. The prosecutor's office in Gorzów Wielkopolski filed a motion for arrest, and extradition proceedings to Azerbaijan await him.
