Meta to raise 95 billion dollars in stock offering for AI expansion

Meta announced a stock offering worth 95 billion dollars to finance AI infrastructure development and work on superintelligence. Nvidia, AMD and Broadcom are considering taking stakes worth up to 5 billion dollars each. This is one of the largest stock offerings in the history of the tech sector.
