Ceasefire in Oleshky, Kremlin sees precedent for all of Ukraine
Ukrainian Armed Forces announced a ceasefire starting Tuesday at 3:00 in the Russian-occupied city of Oleshky in Kherson region. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said the truce could become a precedent for other Ukrainian regions and praised the involvement of U.S. representatives, including Melania Trump. Peskov stressed that preliminary agreement to resume trilateral peace talks in November does not impose restrictions on any side's combat operations.
