Off-duty officer spots man with axe on Warsaw bus

An officer from Warsaw's central police headquarters, riding a bus in Białołęka, recognized a 31-year-old man who had brandished an axe in central Warsaw the previous day. Officers from the local precinct detained the man, and the next day he was charged with endangering others' lives or causing serious bodily harm. The act was classified as a hooliganism offense.
