Expert: NATO needs theory of victory in hybrid dimension
Harry Nedelcu of Rasmussen Global warns that Gen. Grynkiewicz's presentation at the Warsaw Security Forum was good for conventional deterrence, but NATO lacks an equally coherent response to hybrid threats below Article 5 threshold. Russia will likely weaken the West from within through disinformation and social divisions, as it presumably did during protests in France. Nedelcu recalls that during the Cold War it was the West on the offensive in propaganda and information warfare; today the situation has reversed.
