Company registration online only: CEIDG changes from November 2026

From November 2026, people registering a sole proprietorship will no longer be able to file a paper application to CEIDG — registration will move entirely online. In following years, digitalization will also cover suspending business, updating data, and procedures for civil partnerships. The changes mean fewer office visits but require entrepreneurs to be ready to handle matters online.
