Orsetti and Attavanti Mansions in Jarosław: Renaissance pearls

The Orsetti Mansion (erected in 1570) and the Attavanti Mansion are two of Poland's most valuable examples of Renaissance civic architecture, located at the market square in Jarosław. Their names come from Italian merchants — Wilhelm Orsetti took over the first one in 1633. Jarosław's market square was so prosperous in the 16th–17th centuries that it served multiple times as a film location. They are described in the book "Masterpieces of Art and Dark Secrets".
