Roksana disappearance: investigators exclude water theory, case restarts

Detective Kamil Sobkiewicz, leading the search for 13-year-old Roksana Jurczyszyn from Warsaw, has reported that following Sunday's searches of the Vistula River, the main hypothesis — the so-called water theory — is close to being ruled out. This means returning to square one in a case that has lasted more than two weeks. Sobkiewicz admitted that he is approaching the conclusion that the girl is not in the river.
