Rothschild & Co to prepare privatization of Ukrainian state banks

Ukraine's Ministry of Finance signed agreements on October 23, 2026 with N. M. Rothschild & Sons Limited. Rothschild & Co, selected through a competitive process, will oversee the privatization of two state banking giants: Ukrgasbank and Sense Bank.
