Trump threatens Russia and Ukraine with 200% tariffs if war doesn't end

US President Donald Trump announced he would impose 200-percent tariffs on Russia and Ukraine if both countries do not end their armed conflict. However, he himself acknowledged that the effectiveness of this threat is questionable — the United States imports very little goods from either country.
