Ukraine prosecutor: 2,960 civilians killed since January, including 87 children

Ukraine's Prosecutor General reported that from January to October 23 this year, 2,960 Ukrainian civilians have been killed as a result of the Russian invasion, including 87 children. The figures account only for civilian deaths this year.
