White House: Melania Trump negotiated ceasefire in Olenivka
The White House said Melania Trump secured an agreement on a ceasefire in Russian-occupied Ukrainian Olenivka. The truce is to take effect on October 29 and enable delivery of humanitarian aid and evacuation of civilians from the city, where residents have long suffered from Russian occupation, severe food shortages and dangerous escape attempts.
