EU to allocate up to 21 billion euro for defence, Poland among beneficiaries

The European Commission plans to make 20–21 billion euro available to EU states by year-end for defence projects under the SAFE instrument. Six countries may apply for additional loans, with Poland having a chance at the largest share among them.
