Russia loses territory for second consecutive month in Ukraine despite Putin demands

According to calculations by the American Institute for the Study of War (ISW), Russian forces have lost territory on the Ukrainian front for the second month running. This occurs despite Vladimir Putin hardening his territorial demands, insisting on control of all of Donbas without any concessions from Russia. ISW warns that the Kremlin may face mounting internal and military challenges.
