Ukrainians arrested in Tczew for defrauding elderly woman of 110,000 zloty
Police in Tczew arrested a 16-year-old and 21-year-old Ukrainian citizens suspected of fraud using the "police impersonation" scheme—they convinced an elderly woman to hand over 110,000 zloty in savings. The minor was placed in a juvenile shelter, and the adult was remanded in custody for two months. Investigators determined both may also be linked to a similar fraud in Kraków where the victim lost 25,000 zloty.
