EU to cover 70 billion euro shortfall in Ukraine financing next year

Ukraine's financial needs next year are so large that Kyiv will lack 70 billion euro. The President of the European Commission declared that the European Union will cover this shortfall. It is another EU commitment to the war-ravaged country struggling with enormous financial burden.
