After more than three years of fighting in Gaza and Lebanon, cases of PTSD among Israeli soldiers have risen dramatically. In conversations ahead of Israel's parliamentary elections, soldiers describe the psychological toll of combat service and state plainly: killing terrorists has not brought them relief. The scale of the problem is becoming one topic of the election campaign.
