Combined therapy shows 82% tumor response in advanced pancreatic cancer
At a Madrid congress, Tango Therapeutics presented clinical trial results showing that its experimental drug combined with Revolution Medicines' Rasonque produced tumor response in 82% of patients with a specific type of advanced pancreatic cancer. 88% of participants lived without disease progression for at least 9 months. The therapy does not include chemotherapy, previously regarded as the standard treatment for this aggressive cancer.
