Bags on seats and videos without headphones: what annoys train passengers most
A TrainPal and OnePoll survey shows 37% of passengers are most irritated by people watching films without headphones, though one in twelve does this themselves. For 29%, luggage taking up empty seats is bothersome — 24% of travellers do this, including nearly one in three aged 18–24. Passengers also find it irritating when people block exits before others get off, and when they stand by doors in crowded cars instead of moving further in. In Britain, the government plans fines up to 100 pounds for loud music on buses.
