Sikorski on Shukhevych cult: adhering to this ideology bars Ukraine from EU

Polish Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski sharply commented on the decision to designate 2027 as the year of Roman Shukhevych, UPA commander, and the case of Lviv councilor Sviatoslav Sheremet. He stated that adhering to such ideology, Ukraine cannot join the European Union. Deputy Defense Minister Cezary Tomczyk called the initiative "spitting in Poland's face."
