All Saints' Day on Sunday: no additional day off granted
November 1 falls on a Sunday, and November 2 (All Souls' Day) is a Monday — but it is not a statutory day off. Labor law requires a day off only for holidays falling on Saturday, so workers will not receive an extra day off for this year's All Saints' Day. The year has 14 statutory days off; remaining through year-end are Independence Day (11 November), Christmas Eve (24 December), and both days of Christmas.
