Goose season in Poland: top quality meat exported to Germany

Goose returns to Polish tables before November 11, but paradoxically the highest quality meat is exported to Germany, where it enjoys greater demand. It is a product with distinctive flavor, rich in protein, iron and unsaturated fatty acids. As a result, Poles have limited access to their own specialty, which is easier to buy across the western border than at home.
