Judge Iwaniec suspended and salary halved after drunk driving
The Professional Responsibility Chamber of the Supreme Court suspended judge Jakub Iwaniec, previously linked to a hate campaign affair, and cut his pay by half. The chamber found it probable that he hit a tree with his car after drinking alcohol and stripped his immunity so prosecutors can bring criminal charges.
