After Oslo meeting: Ukraine presents new peace proposals, Witkoff heads to Putin
U.S. envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner met in Oslo with President Zelenskyy and leaders of Norway and Finland. An anonymous U.S. official called the talks "very productive" and said Ukraine put forward new ideas on security guarantees, economic plans, and European security architecture. Witkoff then traveled to Moscow for a Wednesday meeting with Putin; Zelenskyy renewed his proposal for a three-way summit with Putin and Trump.
