15-year-old dies near Elbląg after electric scooter collides with car

In the village of Władysławowo near Elbląg, a 15-year-old boy riding an electric scooter collided with a passenger car. Although the teenager was wearing a helmet and resuscitation was started immediately, he could not be saved. Police are investigating the circumstances of the fatal accident.
