Canadian man stole flamingo from Las Vegas wildlife refuge after 30 beers

A Canadian tourist faced court in Las Vegas for stealing a flamingo from a wild bird habitat and animal cruelty. The man said he meant no harm and described the incident as an "irresponsible, drunken prank" committed after drinking 30–40 beers. He could not explain how the animal was injured.
