Deer antler axes from Bronze Age found in southern Sweden

Swedish archaeologists discovered two rare axes made of deer antler during excavations near Löddeköpinge in southern Sweden. They were found in pits dated to the Bronze Age, between 1700–500 BCE. The dating comes from the find's context — direct radiocarbon dating of the axes has not yet been performed.
