Ukrainian steel mill chief: EU tariffs on China harm Ukraine

The head of one of Ukraine's largest steel mills warns that EU tariffs imposed to curb cheap Chinese imports also affect Ukraine, which has been "lumped together" with China. The EU's protective measures aim to combat an influx of cheap steel but in practice also restrict Ukrainian production exports to the European market.
