Nearly 2 percent and no licence: Audi driver will lose car
On Saturday around 21:10 police in Radziń Podlaski stopped a 38-year-old from the gmina of Wohyń who was driving an Audi A4 with nearly 2 percent alcohol and without a driving licence. The car was taken to a guarded parking lot. The man faces up to 3 years in prison, a minimum 5,000 zlotys to the Victims' Assistance Fund and at least a 3-year driving ban. Since the concentration exceeded 1.5 percent, a court as a rule orders confiscation of the vehicle.
