Pension indexation in 2027 will cost budget billions more

The Finance Ministry updated macroeconomic indicators in the budget bill draft, which will change the amount of the March 2027 pension and annuity indexation. New calculations went before the Sejm and revise the government's spring assumptions. The correction requires securing additional billions of zloty for pensioner and annuitant payouts.
