Mother abandoned children in fog in Bieszczady mountains to summit alone

Staff at PTTK in Bieszczady witnessed a dangerous situation: a woman left her young sons unattended on a mountain trail, in fog, to reach the summit by herself. The children were heard from a distance — screaming and crying. The Rzeszów branch of PTTK reports the mother showed no reflection or sense of guilt. The organization warns against reckless approaches to mountain hikes with children.
