Musk proposed limiting Starlinks in Ukraine, Trump agreed

Shortly after SpaceX introduced speed restrictions on Starlink terminals operating in Ukraine, Elon Musk publicly commented that Donald Trump was responsible for such decisions. According to The Telegraph's investigation, Musk himself proposed the move and Trump gave his approval. The restrictions apply to terminals used by Ukrainian armed forces.
