Lublin honors AK, NSZ and BCh soldiers deported to Soviet labor camps
Lublin opened an educational trail by the IPN titled "Instead of freedom, the gulag. AK, NSZ, BCh soldiers in NKWD-MWD camps in Borowicze and Sverdlovsk 1944–1949". The event was attended by Dr. Robert Derewenda, director of the Lublin branch of the IPN. Flowers were laid at the monument "For memory… As warning" in Borowictzan Square, and a Mass was held in the Church of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus for the soldiers and prisoners of the camps.
