European judges: Polish president and Constitutional Court chief triggered constitutional crisis

The European Association of Judges assessed that the Constitutional Court is unable to function properly. The organization stated that the president and the Constitutional Court's chief have brought about a constitutional crisis in Poland. This is another signal from Europe regarding the state of the rule of law in Poland.
